On Sunday, December 9, 2012, members of Oheb Shalom assisted Habitat for Humanity in rehabilitating a house in Newark, NJ.

The Charles Bierman Home, a Daughters of Israel residence located in South Orange promoting “semi-independent living,” hosted a Wellness Clinic on December 7, 2011. The Wellness Clinic included blood pressure readings, blood sugar testing, clinical depression screenings, and an opportunity to speak with healthcare professionals.
