The Montrose Park Historic District includes parts of Centre Street, Vose Avenue, Warwick Avenue and South Orange Avenue and features about 550 residential properties that illustrate 19th and early 20th-century architectural styles including Victorian, Colonial Revival, Queen Anne, Tudor and Shingle Style homes. The Montrose Park Historic District Association (MPHDA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1994 in order to raise funds for the preservation and beautification of the district.
