The New Year is underway, and many locals put away the ornaments. South Orange residents can have their Christmas trees picked up by the Department of Public Works. Trees should be placed right beside the street but not in it, and no other trash items should be left with them. According to the DPW, there's no set schedule for pick-up, so trees should be put out right away.
