Juicebox Guitarist Releases 4-Song EP

From Mae Pang to Maplewood, Marco Ranieri remains a guitar hero.

From Ossining to Rome, Philadelphia to San Francisco to — Maplewood? Towns and cities great and small have been home to Marco Ranieri — guitarist, singer, songwriter. Along the way, he's gathered a coterie of great musicians with whom to collaborate. The fruits of their friendship can be found on Ranieri's recently released 4-song EP "Heartbroken Radio." Originally from Ossining, New York, Ranieri also grew up also in Rome, Italy. His first hard rock band The Shoobies formed in New York City with guitarist/singer/writer Tim Heap of HEAP and was heavily influenced by The Replacements and Redd Kross. Ranieri left New York for Philadelphia where his now wife and bass player Kristy (a.k.a. Ginger Moon) was playing in the touring all-girl rock …
